Sometimes, the simplest things make the best soup. π€
This simple soup stock uses just chicken carcass, soybeans and ikan bilis, but itβs packed with natural flavour. I like making a pot in advance so I always have a homemade stock ready for noodles, soups and quick meals on busy days.
Simple ingredients, slow simmering, and a comforting bowl of goodness. π²β¨
Hereβs how I do it!
