After a long holiday filled with eating out, travelling and being constantly on the go, sometimes all we need when we get home is a simple, nourishing bowl of soup. π₯£
This Four Spirits Nourishing Soup (εη₯ε »θζ±€) is one of those comforting soups that feels like a little reset after a busy trip. Made with pork ribs and a traditional Four Spirits soup pack, itβs simple to prepare, comforting to drink and perfect with a bowl of rice.
In TCM, the ingredients in εη₯ζ±€ are traditionally used to support the spleen and digestion, making this a popular nourishing soup for the family.
Nothing complicated β just simmer everything together for 45β60 minutes, season with a little salt and dinner is ready.
