Ingredients (Serves 2-3)

200g pasta of choice (I use vegeroni spirals for a healthier choice!)

200g button mushrooms, sliced

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp bottled truffle sauce (adjust to taste)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp truffle oil

Method

1. Cook the Pasta

• Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions.

• Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

2. Saute the Mushrooms

• Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.

• Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

• Toss in sliced mushrooms and saute for 4-5 minutes until soft and lightly browned.

• Season with salt and black pepper.

3. Make the Truffle Sauce

• Lower the heat and stir in the bottled truffle sauce.

• If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water.

4. Combine Everything

• Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well to coat evenly in the sauce.

• Drizzle with truffle oil for an extra boost of flavour.

5. Serve & Enjoy

• Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy, truffle-infused goodness!
