Here’s how I do it!
Ingredients
Cherry tomatoes
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 tbsp plum syrup
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp perilla seed oil
Sesame seeds (optional)
Method
1. Slice cherry tomatoes into halves.
2. Add salt, pepper, plum syrup, apple cider vinegar, and perilla seed oil. Mix well to combine.
3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
4. Serve immediately for a fresh, juicy side dish — perfect with rice, grilled meats, or as a light appetiser.
