Beef bulgogi is one of the easiest and most flavourful Korean dishes you can make at home. Thinly sliced beef is marinated in a sweet and savoury mix of soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and a touch of sugar, then quickly stir-fried until tender and caramelised. Ingredients
1/2 Onion, sliced thinly
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Leek, sliced thinly
200ml Bulgogi Beef Sauce
Method:
- Marinate beef short plate with bulgogi beef sauce for at least an hour.
- In a hot pan, add 1 tbsp cooking oil.
- Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add marinated beef and fry until beef is dry and browned.
- Lastly, add in the leek and fry until it is soft before serving.
