Easy nachos FTW! Here’s my take on Cheesecake Factory’s ridiculously good nachos—made way easier! All you need are tortilla chips, store-bought nacho cheese dip (or shredded mozzarella if you prefer), and your favourite toppings. That’s it!
Here’s how I do it!
Ingredients
1 pack tortilla nachips
Generous dollops of nacho cheese dip (room temp)
1–2 tbsp jarred sliced jalapeños (adjust to taste)
½ cup cherry tomatoes, diced
Method
1. Arrange the chips
• Spread tortilla nachips evenly on an ovenproof dish or baking tray.
2. Add toppings
• Spoon nacho cheese dip over chips.
• Scatter jarred sliced jalapeños and spoon diced cherry tomatoes on top.
3. Bake
• Bake at 180°C for 5 minutes to warm and slightly crisp chips.
4. Serve
• Serve immediately while chips are crisp.
